Steamed Ground Pork with Pickled Cucumber

Ingredients
Ground pork1 lb (450g)
Chopped pickled cucumber1/3 cup
Pickled cucumber juice1/3 cup
Diced scallion1/4 cup
Minced garlic1 Tbs
Soy sauce2 tsp
Cooking wine1 Tbs
Salt1/2 tsp
Ground white pepper1/8 tsp

Instructions
1.Place all the ingredients (reserve some scallion for garnish) in a bowl. Mix the meat with force until all the liquid is absorbed.
2.Bring the water in a steamer to a boil. Steam the pork over medium-high heat for 25 minutes. Sprinkle the steamed ground pork with diced scallion.

做法
1.將所有材料在碗裡拌勻(保留一些蔥花裝飾用),要用力抓捏讓醃料都被肉吸收。
2.蒸籠水燒開,放進絞肉用中大火蒸25分鐘。取出蒸好的絞肉,撒上蔥花即可。
